I realize you are working with folding tape, but still, you and Eric Demaine must have some genes in common ;)
I came across the web pages with his " Waves-in-Glass" back when you posted your X-mas ornaments. If these links to his Cut-and-Fold web page is broken, you can still get there by Google My brain doesn't begin to go in those directions, so I envy your creativity, and look forward to seeing your "ball of blue fuzz" in 3-dimensions |
Those are cool.

I've entered! I'll pass on the link to my entry when it's approved. Meanwhile, here's a video preview.

That is beautiful.

Fantastic! What are it's dimensions?
|
Thanks!
It's about 40 inches in diameter. |
that's got to win.
(the alien apostrophe in my last post is bugging me.....) |
It's really impressive! It certainly deserves to win. It's huge and interesting.

Yay! I got the first vote in!
|
I've broken the 100 mark, and almost in the top five. :)
|
Excellent. Can I vote for yours on multiple days? I thought it said you could only vote for one once. But maybe I misunderstood and that's once per day.
|
Once per email address. The voting rules are odd; once per sculpture, but 10 sculptures per day. It's like they were expecting hundreds and hundreds of entries.
