Let you eat cake!

These cakes seem to have been baked in an I Love Lucy episode. I had cake batter on my top, my face (okay, not on my nose) and when I tried out the icing I got it all over my hands and therefore the fridge door and taps.

Ridiculous.

I think I have it all under control now.
I will ice them tomorrow morning just in case.

OMG! I am Henri!! Literally. He just narrated my life.

DanaC 05-08-2012 03:42 PM

Yeah. But they missed out the bit with the mouse.

"Where The Wild Things Are", as read by Christopher Walken:

WTF?
He has never seen the book before I assume.
He gets so much wrong.

Hmph.

I remember him doing a mockup of Jackanory on the Jonathon Ross show during the late 80s/early 90s (cant remember...was Ross's first tv show). Reading the Three Little Pigs in a very CW way. Awesome

Sundae 05-09-2012 03:16 PM

Ah - so it might have been in a first-sight-Mockanory way.
Understood.

Followup info on this "bus hits a guy" video; this happened just a couple of weeks ago on the UT campus. Kid was fine, walked away with no major injuries at all. Capitol Metro is the most awful public transportation system in any city, ever. An ex-boyfriend did a temp job in their offices once. They have an entire department dedicated to arriving at and dealing with the many accidents the buses have daily around the city. This is not the first time they've run a red light and hit a person, not by a long shot. When I rode the bus, I would very often see bus drivers reading the newspaper while driving. But no one's ever died, because the monstrosities don't usually go more than about 20 miles per hour.

Nice, Dana.

BigV 05-15-2012 12:40 PM

That was a very good choice Dana, thanks.

You know that part in The Matrix when Neo says "I know kung-fu!" I love that part. And that's what I feel like after watching this video:
