I wish I had a picture on the bike I saw for just a few seconds today. Olive drab road bike pulling a trailer loaded up with camping gear. There was a kayak on the side car and a bicycle on the trailer. This is as close as I can come to describing it.

You could get a pontoon trailer, big enough to hold the motorcycle with sidecar and bicycle on top, and tow it with the kayak over water.
