I think in this case they just stuck a cork in a cow's butt and it self inflated.

Then they lit a burp.

And.... KABOB!:yum:

I wonder how long it took to assemble all the tasty pork cuts into that tower of kebably goodness, and what did they do to stop it spoiling? I'm guessing the meat was cooked before assembly. I wouldn't want to be cooking 4 tons of raw meat.

Editing because I just read the full article - I assumed this was a kebab like we have in this country and would therefore be made of lamb. It's pork. How peculiar!
