It was my idea of a thread clone for, you know, levity.

Yeah, she didn't expect . . . the Spanish Inquisition!

Spexxvet 03-30-2007 12:52 PM

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!

A unitard was late once. A leotard was born in August.

SteveDallas 03-30-2007 01:19 PM

Ah, OK, thank you. (I'm still kind of slow picking up these cloned threads.)

From Cloud's link, this is called a "liturgical leotard." WTF??

Sundae 03-30-2007 02:39 PM

It's obviously what you wear when you want to be worshipped.

I take it as my civic duty to run over anyone riding a bicycle who is wearing spandex.

I've been meaning to say that for a long time and this thread seemed like a good place to say it. I started to put it in the confession thread except that thread is kind of dead and I didn't feel like getting called out in the thread bomb thread.

Cloud 04-02-2007 10:09 AM

what's a cloned thread?

Cloud 04-02-2007 06:32 PM

there's the ever popular "fucktard" too--but I don't think it would be comfortable to wear one.

A clone thread is one whose main purpose is only to turn the title of another thread into a joke somehow.
