A great place to live and raise kids. We would have stayed on if the next duty station had not called. School systems were awsome.

Well at least Phoenix made #3 in the top ten big cities.
Of course they haven't seen the endless construction and our ridiculous multi-billion dollar boondoggle of the traffic inhibiting (s)light rail.

Kind of rules that Wisconsin holds the number one spot. Everyone from Wisconsin loves the state, but when I brought a buddy from California there all he could talk about was how the west coast had the same things minus the accent and better.....so I punched him on his snout

Something bothers me every time I see this thread title.

Do I really want something called Money Magazine telling me where to live? I mean,

I can't help thinking that this list might be a little biased...maybe it should have been called "Best Cities To Earn Money" or something?
