but it wasn't made a rule in order to be offensive. You choose to be the size you are (presumably and for the sake of the argument) just like me and anyone else here. With that, you choose the consequences in my opinion. One of those consequences is that you might have trouble being granted permission to live in another country.

You also might die young from a heart attack.

I know which one I'm more worried about.

you can't necessarily even live in the city you want to -if no-one there will employ you or the housing is out of your price range, or your same-sex marriage isn't recognised......
