Here's another What If...

What if something like the most BS rumours and innuendos about Obama was actually true.

That he actually is a secret Arabic Muslim operative who has been on a lifelong mission to infiltrate US politics and thereby deliver a king-hit blow in the global War on Terror.
Total BS of course, but just imagine for a minute. That would be one of the most amazing coups in history. Imagine being a historian 500 years in the future, reading about it.
I reckon that even if it is all true, you ought to vote for Obama anyway, just to make it happen.
And given how much Presidential power has increased recently, and constitutional protections diminished, it would be the perfect time for it.

I'm calling BS on all of this, of course, I just think it's a great story.

Pie 10-16-2008 09:00 AM

Yeah, a great story.

I like this...

Obama worked with Ayers because he wanted to have a contact who could bomb buildings. Following the election, it was remarkable when Code Pink received instructions on how to blow up the Marine Recruiting Center in Berkeley, and when FBI interference seemed to prevent investigation of the crime.

Obama stayed in 20 years of sermons from Rev. Wright because he wanted instructions in how to be anti-American from an urban black perspective. It was remarkable when he launched into a bombastic sermon right from the podium, just following his inauguration.

classicman 10-16-2008 09:14 AM

ok UT - now you're scaring me.

Cicero 10-16-2008 09:42 AM

No, good ones guys. I like it. Let's finish the media stories for them... You guys are better at this...so carry on!

I like this...

After gaining office, Obama takes more and more power as his own personal right as President. Issuing in sweeping changes that benefit black Americans to the detritment of white. Cities erupt in civil unrest as white Americans feel they have become the under-class and are being dicriminated against from the highest office in the land. Black Americans feel it is their turn to RISE.

And in all the chaos, the remnants of the Manson family head for the hills. With Barak Obama Manson, Charlie's mixed race hidden son, adopted out in his infancy but in clandestine contact with his father for years.

Cicero 10-16-2008 09:50 AM

You mean, Barack Hussein Manson?!? lol!

smoothmoniker 10-16-2008 10:38 AM

I'm so f'ing tired of being accused of racism because I don't support Obama. It has nothing to do with his education, his elocution, or his character.

I believe him. I think he's trustworthy and persuasive. I believe he will try to do what he says he wants to do.

And, I think what he wants to do would be wrong for America.

Shawnee123 10-16-2008 10:40 AM

That's OK, Obama supporters are tired of being accused of ignorance and anti-americanism because we don't support McCain. :shrugs:

Sheldonrs 10-16-2008 10:46 AM

And I'm getting tired of Sarah Palin being a stupid fucking cunt.

Looks like we're all tired. NAP TIME!!!! :D

Shawnee123 10-16-2008 10:50 AM
