I'd have to disagree with you there. Sure there's a lot of pap in those lists. But 65 to 75 they still got a lot of good music on the airwaves.

Seriously, there is more to music than rock. Just because something is called "pop" doesn't mean it's any worse or better than "rock" which is just another name for a type of music with widespread appeal to certain groups.

Monster, check out James Gang's "Walk away" or "Funk 49." It may feel like a 90's beer commercial, but I think they made some of the best music.
