Your reading comprehension is poor ... as you said, you're not book smart. Not everything in the Bible is meant to be taken literally. The verse you quoted, "... and no one can say, 'Jesus is Lord,' except by the Holy Spirit.," means that no TRUE witness proclaims "Jesus is Lord" without following it up with good behavior. It is obvious that any FALSE witness, such as yourself, can proclaim "Jesus is Lord" and then follow it with poor behavior as you do.
