Tough, but I survived. I despise being accused of something I didn't do. Another officer and I are accused of violating a man's rights while stopping a suicide. Also, I am accused of using excessive force because I used a Taser. It is hell to be sued for saving someone, but in the same situation I would do it again.

Also, I have my ongoing fight over being terminated. I won in the State Administrative Court hearing. Now, I am at the Federal level awaiting summary judgement or trial. My deposition in that case was 7 1/2 hours long of being raked over the coals.

I guess I need to shrug it off. They can't eat me.

Well, I hope you win summary judgement and it goes away.

I've been around several depositions and a few trials, but never in the hot seat. I know enough to know they suck, no matter who you are or what's going on.

Someday would you feel comfortable telling the stories to us here? I know it is semi-public, just out there on the Internet. Maybe you could just like edit out the obvious bits.

I have to be extremely careful in wording about the taser to stop a man from committing suicide. he earlier had been barricaded in a room with an infant. everybody survived with no injuries requiring medical treatment. all persons involved were white.

my lawsuit against the city i am able to speak about with more freedom. it has been covered in the news. i'll put together some stuff and post it
