You've got it right, Bruce. This is a place where locals will go for celebrations. I was told that a law has been passed limiting wedding guests to no more than 150, to prevent families from getting irretrievably into debt over their celebrations. So instead they invite all the people they can't invite to the wedding to a meal in this restaurant, for example. It is very ornate and lavishly decorated. I promise to put some pics in the travel forum. But I do have to do some work while I'm here, too! ;)
