(As DanaC says) He's hosted a number of TV shows as well.

Grace Helbig is a Youtube celebrity who has been on a number of TV shows, and had her own short-lived talk show.

And made movies and done voice acting, however Mr & Mrs America would be confused if you call him a Talk Show Host. They barely know who Jon Stewart is.

DanaC 08-25-2015 04:38 PM

Ah. Fair enough. I was just surprised Grav hadn't heard of him. Also it was an opportunity for me to tell anyone who'll listen about the Nerdist podcast... on account of its awesomeness. It's my current addiction. I've been binge listening to episodes from the archive.

In fact - I'm off to bed and I'm taking Nerdist with me (most recent ep has Owen Wilson so that should be a fun interview).

Hey, he's the most Googled is some places, so that's a good sign the word is spreading. :thumb:

Ran across this chart, supposedly from the PEW, which gives me some confidence although that would be easy to forge. Of course not seeing any big surprises makes me want to accept it, but sneaky people would slip in just enough error on the issue they want to influence, to look legit. Skeptical? Not me.

Anyway, it shows the split between scientists and the public on some issues.

Happy Monkey 08-29-2015 04:47 PM

Interesting that scientists are relatively down on astronauts but up on the space station.

I guess the rovers and the drill the comet thingy, convinced them the expense and difficulty isn't worth it. They're up on the space station just to spite tw. ;)

They used shades of red which are pretty hard to discern from the next shade, Probably to build an easy defense. :haha:

I missed this when you posted it. I LOVE it.

Adore Rob Brydon. Because as much as he is a brilliant mimic, host, presenter, a quick wit, a good actor and scriptwriter, with a dark and dry sense of humour... he's also Welsh.

Blimey. How blessed can one man be.

Big Bad Bikers. The best part of B movies is when a baddie on a bike pulls up beside a car and the driver panics, usually running off the road. :lol2:

But is it true? I suppose if it's just a 'that's interesting', it doesn't matter, and if it concerns you, then you can research it.
Yeah, I know, work is hard, and learning stuff causes headaches. :p:

DanaC 10-10-2015 04:26 AM

I think the psycopath thing is true. I'm pretty sure that was the guy who made a documentary about it.

Sundae 10-10-2015 05:38 AM

If I used myself as a control, and the result was that I was afflicted with the same condition I was testing for, I'd wonder about my hypothesis.
Because I'm assuming the man is not a killer, right?

Unless he was scanning his cellmates I suppose.
And when I say scanning I mean with a shiv...
