Yes he is, to the tune of about $150K a year. A charity has the coin removal contract, but that jerk takes them out 6 days a week (he takes Sunday off).

Of course, if people didn't toss coins to begin with then he wouldn't have his disability supplement.

Ok. Here's the deal. If you live someplace really super cool, you need to put up all Cellar travelers who knock on your door. Sounds fair to me.
