He was only allowed to come in contact with employees that liked him. His visits to the little people were orchastrated like a Bush tour of Iraq. He was liked because he was not disliked if that makes sense, at least until he did the McDonald Douglas deal.
Actually a couple hours of the ethics thing was interesting. They had a woman (on video) who's a professor of ethics, down in Arizona or close to there, that was very interesting. The rest was strictly top 1/10 of 1% oriented. Very high level managers and such. Situations that maybe 4 people in my plant could become subject to.
