Cellar was slow all weekend, even after the rest of the net seemed to have speeded up again. Same 6 to 9am Monday morning, then bingo, back to normal. :question:

It turned out to not be net congestion of any kind but actually a local problem that was solved with a reboot.

Ah so, hard to tell when then rest of the net was crawling also. Thanks, UT. :)
