Guy came home and found it in the wall of his mobile home. FAA says it's not part of an airplane. Norfolk Southern railroad ppl say they weren't involved.

~2 inches around, ~10 inches long.

It looks explosive in nature, kinda. I think it looks sorta/kinda like the business part of some kind of a mortar round. Kinda/sorta. Stabilizing fin/ring on the bottom. Kinda.
