We have three. I can't post them from work so I posted one that looks just like one of them.

I should point out that the bits of white bfluff all over my carpet are courtesy of Pilau and a newly killed soft toy.

That's an adorable dog you've got there, Dana.

This here is Clementine and Einstein in my obligatory camo truck. Unfortunately Clementine is no longer mine (nor the truck, actually), she was not so suited for my lifestyle, so I gave her to a hunter with 15 acres of land... a little better for a coonhound.

This here is Einstein just after taking a bath, screwing up my couch. He's not a big fan of baths.

As you can see, calling him Einstein is kind of like calling a big guy "Tiny."

Oh they're lovey dogs. Einstein is adorable. Is he a collie?

queequeger 09-05-2007 07:40 PM

Some variety of monster. The vet thinks that he has some collie blood, but as for the rest, no one's been able to more than guess. He was a stray that followed me home.

I was walking down Greene St and I turned around at one point to see this little mongrel right on my heel. I walked another block and he was still there. I'd stop and turn and he'd stare at me. Finally I took off running and he never faltered for a second, playing a little game I guess. So, when we got to my place I asked him if he'd like some food. He seemed interested.

I walked into the corner store, bought a can, and he was still outside just waiting patiently for 5 or 10 minutes. He followed me to my door, walked right in and ate the food. I've had him ever since. Aside from some initial flea problems, and a loathing for leashes, he's been great.

Everytime I see this thread, I always think of Garfield mailing Nermal to Abu Dhabi.
