And yet, despite having grown up with this song, many people of my generation have no idea what YMCA stands for, or what it's original purpose was -they just think it's a cheap place to get family access to a gym, a pool and recreational classes. :rolleyes:

Of course I know it's all about gay dudes in costume. :lol:
