To take it to the next level, download Microsoft's free Keyboard Layout Creator. Create a custom "language" (that can be toggled from the language bar toolbar in the taskbar) that replaces qwerty characters with charmap dopplegangers. Also, you can freak people out by typing in semi-gibberish.

I generally prefer to freak them out just by typing.
