It's made from this tape, and I can't imagine for what use that tape is intended. It's pale pastel with 10-15 layers, and completely invisible with one layer. Why would you want (unless you're me) colored tape where the color is too pale to see?

does it do weird stuff under uv or black lighting maybe? or maybe they DID make it for YOU!

SteveF didn't like it. ( the only review gave it 1☼ ) he didn't realize it would be sheer. i guess he means clear.

Maybe. I just ordered a blacklight bulb. I'll see if it does anything.
