No. It doesn't look like a good fit for me. A lot of the bullshit I was trying to drown was church bullshit so AA would maybe have been counter-productive. I exercised the Pope at about the same time I exercised alcohol. Sometimes I crave booze, this week more than most, but I've no residual Papal craving, although the simple black and white world of the self-righteous prick I was is appealing.
