Unless, of course, you work for the state! :blush: :p I do get unheard of time off, it's a huge plus for my job. But factories? You can't be a minute late, you can't take time off, easily. Sometimes they make you take your vacation week when the plant is on shutdown, so your whole life and family has to be worked around it. I've been trying to get this girl to come back to school, so she has better options!
