Wow, I went over to a friend's house yesterday. She and her husband are flipping a house that was condemned at one point. Amazing what they've done, and what they have to do. He's a whiz at that stuff and she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. One back room was the old floor, and I couldn't believe how bad it was. They're doing a great job.

Now, what to get for a housewarming. And how do I get out of helping them move? Just kidding, they've helped me many times.
