It's always fun making love, but after a while, the constant routine of making sure you're doing it at the right time of the month, then of course the frustration when you're apart and it's not possible etc. Because Dazza travels a lot with work, this was a major issue for us.

Thanks for your kind words though.

Yours to LR. I'm having a less leaky day today, so I'm hopeful that it was just the placenta forming and attaching etc which caused the bit of bleeding. Hopefully that's the end of it for now. :)

Congrats!

It's the most work you're ever going to love.

Congratulations! :) I hope that everything goes well.

thanks guys.

Went to the doc yesterday and according to her I'm about 5 weeks gone and the little bit of spotting is nothing to worry about. Good to know. Still a bit worried about it though. I suppose that's natural. Not much that can be done even if things do go down the shitter (so to speak) anyway though, so I should just stop worrying.

Wow, hang in there lady. You worked hard for it. Rest. Best thoughts your way.:3eye:

Wow, I just read this thread. Cool!

Hey, I just thought, are you going to post a video of your birth on the cellar so we can all share? :D

lookout123 08-04-2008 06:56 PM

its the least you can do since you were so inconsiderate that you didn't record the conception for us.

Aliantha 08-04-2008 08:22 PM

Thanks Flint. I know you're a slow reader sometimes, so I'll forgive you for your tardiness sometimes. ;)

I doubt I'll be posting a video of the birth or the conception for that matter. I'll ask Dazza if he wants to though. I'm pretty sure he wont want the world to see him acting like a blithering idiot either.

Would that be during the later or for the former? :D

For the sake of clarity, I'm going to say during the birth Dazza is likely to be a blithering idiot. Probably mostly because I'm likely to be a bit rough on him during the process and he might just not know where to stand or what to say by the time the birth comes around. lol

Big Sarge 08-05-2008 12:10 AM

Congratulations. Don't forget to post some of your sonogram photos

Aliantha 08-05-2008 12:12 AM

That I'm going to upset my husband? lol

Well you could tell him to stay out of arms reach and keep items you could throw at him out of reach as well. :lol2:

Aliantha 08-05-2008 05:59 PM

Yes, I could do that. he's probably smart enough to stay out of the way anyway.

If I have the good drugs it probably wont be an issue though. Things will be much calmer and more peaceful.

I'm almost in my 9th week now. Only a few more weeks and we'll be over 'the danger period', so that's something to look forward to. I'm not so tired now either, so that's good also although I still feel like vomiting at the drop of a hat.

So far so good.
