Lets see if their site has anything on it. It was spectacular!!! :celebrat: ~Chianti Braised Short Ribs~ "Tender boneless beef short ribs slow cooked in a chianti wine sauce. Served with portobello mushroom risotto and steamed vegetables." And there is another sauce for the portobello mushroom! I love meals with a sauce! :D Um Num Num Num !!!!!! |

NOT my nom nom noms....
On a recent trip to the Great White North, we had occasion to frequent the aisle where crisps were offered. Salt and Black pepper anyone? Dill Pickle? Smoky Bacon? ( :yum: ) -- the best wtf? Ketchup Chips. Srsly. |
lately, my nom is lemon merangue pie. It's very delicious. And easy to make too. Sometimes I use lime juice instead. It really just depends. :)

I'm back into Tofu recently. Cut into cubes and fried with a splash of light soy sauce. Mmm. Nom, nom nom.

Did you know that tofu is one of THE most environmentally damaging foods you could possibly eat? They by product is particularly toxic, and in most cases because it's produced in Asia, that byproduct is emptied directly into rivers.
To tofu I say No(fu)! |

I'll see if I can find some online. Dazza was the one who told me about it. He has quite a lot of research papers on it, but of course, I can't post them here. I'd have to find them first in his 'filing' system. lol Anyway, I'll look.

HLJ suggests "left my pork sandwich in a hot car-- it should still be ok"

Noooooooo! Noooooooo! Fuck, really? I do know that soya crops generally are not brilliant (I believe there's been some clearing of rainforest in order to grow more soya?) But I didn't know that about tofu. Of course, not all tofu is made in Asia. There's a British firm that make tofu over here in the traditional style. |
