I believe needle exchange programs and free condoms help to reduce the spread of disease and they are effective. I have mixed feelings about complete legalization of all drugs. The so called WOD is pretty much a big failure but could be improved if we closed the borders more effectively.

We need an iron curtain.

I don't know about an Iron Curtain per se, but we need to shut it down tighter than it is now. Right now it is out of control.
