Being serious for a moment, I'd like to offer some advice.
JB, do not take Revelations too seriously.
Do not make life decisions based on the idea that the events described in revelations will happen soon. That is a classic symptom of mental illness in a downward spiral.
Don't spend too much time thinking (or reading) about ancient predictions of any kind. If you want to read the bible, concentrate on the gospels and the words and deeds of Jesus.
Keep your mind mostly in the present. Associate with modern people to keep your mind adjusted toward the "normal" state. Visit your local shopping mall and just watch "normal" people for a few hours. Visit the library, see the people there. Borrow a few books - nothing on religion or ancient history or prophecy or that. Not even psychology. Something on exploration, some biographies, or raising injured wild animals, something human.
Your mind is unstable enough without all those extreme ideas from revelations being fed into it. I'm encouraging you to feed normal, modern, human ideas into your brain. Best of luck.
