There's a casino on the first floor of our hotel, but it's lame. Only one$5 black jack table that is always full. A couple$10, a $25 table. I just can't gamble that much money I'm skeered.... and a handful of other table games like craps and roulette. .. but mostly it's slots.
Not on a par with AC. But whatever. .. it's still fun.

After two days of exhaustively comparing the resorts and their reviews, I decide on the Intercontinental at Isla Verde. At first, I was trying to choose between La Concha and the Marriot where you stayed, but I think we are going to like the pool and beach more at the Intercontinental. Plus, it looks like it might have a more comfy room (a couch with a coffee table). Who knows, though, internet searching is sometimes a crapshoot. There were so may variables to juggle that I nearly pulled my hair out. I get really OCD about this...lol. I mean REALLY. Even though all I really want is a nice relaxing pool/beach with drinks vacation, it looks like I am not going to be able to resist a few outings. Old San Juan is a must and so is the rain forest. Im also thinking of doing the bio bay thing at night....there supposed to be very little moon when we are there. |
