Now they tell me that I have to use it to order meds. You can't call them in? I have a toll free #.

That is what they told me when I called to order meds. The phone system will only let you check and confirm appointments. I tried to complain but was told to use the web site. Calling my congress critter does no good because they say it is progress and I have to go along with the program. Mr. Kind will not get my vote.
