Because she's so busy railing against "politics as usual" herself, using that as her excuse to quit. BS. As someone said here, why doesn't everyone just quit before their term is up, if the lame duck excuse is valid?
It's all rhetoric from all of them, but she's not clever enough to even attempt to hide that fact. Oh, and she's a lot dumber than the other change person. Yeah, and also not as smart. And more stupid. I hope her higher calling is guru-ing on the top of a snowy cold mountain to like minded folk, so we never have to hear about her, or her following, again. |
She's going to run for president - of an independant Alaska. She will lead the Alskan independant movement troops up Mount McKinley as Teddy Roosevelt did at San Juan Hill. Not that anyone's defending Mt McKinley....

I think she had a shot at the Senate seat for Alaska if she would have finished her term as the Gov. Not now. She will be lucky to be elected to another public office.

Sarah don't care, man! She's done gone fishin'! With the Toddster!
"Sporting fishing waders, a pony tail and a French manicure, Palin defended her decision to resign as Alaska governor in half a dozen interviews broadcast and published this morning. The former vice presidential candidate invited media outlets to Dillingham, an Alaska town of about 2,500, where she was fishing with her husband, Todd, and children. Palin wouldn't rule out a 2012 presidential run, and told CNN that "all options are on the table" for her future. "I don't know what doors will be open or closed by then," Palin told Time magazine. "I was telling Todd today, I was saying, 'Man, I wish we could predict the next fish run so that we know when to be out on the water.' We can't predict the next fish run, much less what's going to happen in 2012." |
*snort*
That woman couldn't predict that the sun might rise tomorrow morning. Or if the Pope is Catholic. |

Republicans have a major problem. The party needs leadership. If Palin is an example of their choices, the party will have to turn to Rush Limbaugh for leadership.
