Question: How do we know what to send? I mean, sending foodstuffs to another country can be problematic and what if I send something inappropriate? Is there a suggestion list?

You cand send candles, wire, and an alarm clock to any country. Just tape them together with electrical tape so they don't shift during transit.

Umm...no, I mean 'quite often'. I buy from there on a relatively frequent basis.
