I wuz born in Goldbug, Kentucky. Ma grandpappy and grandmammy bougt theyselves a farm down in the bluegrass country. Hit wuz a tabaccy farm and they done real good for theyselves. Put everyone of their 6 chillen of which my daddy wuz one thru the universitee of Kentucky up thar in Lexington. Got me a scholarship to the place ma'self. ;)
