A friend is leaving town soon, so we went out for some Thai cuisine and a foot massage. Then we went for ice cream. The flavor is called mangonada....it is mango ice cream with mango chunks sprinkled with tamarind syrup and powder.

I often wonder "Where does she put it, she's always so slim?!" Then I remember the dreaded E word - exercise. I have to get back to that after my parents come up. No point trying to establish a routine before, as we've already decided we're eating out the two nights they're here. Indian and Italian - and there will be tea shop pit stops to give Dads a rest too... |
