Seriously, are we just assuming that the ham is green? The eggs must be, but are eggs and ham a collective or individual entities (in which case one must say green eggs and green ham?)

Trivia - a green ham is one that has been cured but not smoked. I've had it. It's pretty good.

It looks like a lanyard where the pattern's been photoshopped into a larger image. (Though I only make the editing claim because you said it was a trick question. In general it just looks like a lanyard.)
