The Arabs are already pouring those billions into other businesses that will sustain their income stream if/when oil is less lucrative. Airlines and aircraft leasing are two of them. Travel between the West and Far East, is another.

But I dont have radar....just a bullshit detector and I dont detect bullshit in the verbiage, assuming Obama can get a climate bill through Congress next year ;)

Thanks PW. It can be read either way. I thought the presentation played well into a few other threads and discussions about grammar... no biggie.

Perhaps this is clearer:
