Probably, but he offered no resistance, bent like a willow, didn't even waver the bike. He was knocked into the exit lane, but the helmet looks bad. It depends if it knocked the helmet off or pulled him out of it.

I knew a guy had a an AK that the sheet metal cover on the top rear of the receiver (the name of that part escapes me) would fly off occasionally. Not take-off-yer-head-fly-off, it would just decide to pop off, lightly, just enough to separate from the gun.
Scared the hell outta me every time it happened to me. |
