I really have no idea, but I'm going to say green leaf lettuce.

Speaking of which, my wife got a new cook book for Christmas, and we had these awesome lettuce wraps last night. Some sort of sweet and sour ground chicken with lime juice and red bell peppers and scallions all wrapped up in a big lettuce leaf. So freaking good. Rice on the side.

I hope that joins the rotation. Light and crispy and delicious. I had three, but could have eaten ten.
