My English and math scores were exactly the same.

No, LJ, they weren't both zero.

Nope, sorry.

It would have been impossible for me to score higher on my math than I did on my English. :p

Yes, I was eager to deliver that clever little response. Hey, you brought it up... Care to guess how many math questions I missed? Because I know--though I don't know which questions--and it still irks me to this day. I almost re-took it but I didn't have time.

Well, no one guessed mine, so I don't need to tell you. :p

Elspode 09-26-2007 06:42 PM

jinx 09-26-2007 07:43 PM

HungLikeJesus 09-26-2007 11:00 PM

I don't know how you guys remember that stuff. I don't even know which test I took. I must have taken at least one of them because I went to college for 11 or 12 years.

That's all? Well it sure explains a lot. :D

I had no idea that SATs were not "universal".

lumberjim 09-27-2007 03:37 PM

1130 is low? I thought it was kind of median.

so, should people be prepared to be made fun of if they tell you their scores? or is that something that only I deserve?

Only you.

lumberjim 09-27-2007 03:42 PM

I see. so that 'diiferent treatment for certain people' that you always whine about is in effect here?

As you sew, so shall ye reap.

bluecuracao 09-27-2007 03:45 PM

These days, I think it's considered low. But...but...kids do intensive SAT studying now, and they're even allowed to use calculators!

(me: 560 math, 540 english)

I'm comfortable with that.

dar512 09-27-2007 04:07 PM

Pssst. spexxvet. It's 'sow' as in planting so as to go with 'reap' (harvesting).

Oops. Fuck me.

HungLikeJesus 09-27-2007 04:16 PM

I thought it was, "As ye sew, so shall ye weep."

Well how can we when you're using it for a condom?

Urbane Guerrilla 10-10-2007 11:17 PM

I figured it for "As ye sew, so shall ye rip." Though this might be thought of as reversing cause and effect.

SteveDallas 10-11-2007 01:01 AM

I did better on the math part.
