 :hugnkiss:

:heartpump

Sundae 02-08-2009 03:36 PM

Oh babba.
That sounds like good.

Just be careful, okay?

HungLikeJesus 02-08-2009 04:26 PM

Make-up? As in pretend?

Shawnee123 02-08-2009 04:27 PM

No, as in applying foundation, blush, and mascara as foreplay. Duh.

capnhowdy 02-08-2009 08:01 PM

I agree.

Go for it BigV. Good to see a happy post from ye.

lumberjim 02-08-2009 08:07 PM

is anyone else kind of tired of these vague threads about bigV's marriage?

fucking say it, dude.

footfootfoot 02-08-2009 08:16 PM

You assume it's about his marriage.

lumberjim 02-08-2009 08:34 PM

well, we have to make assumptions, don't we?

and that makes an ass out of u and me.

meph 02-08-2009 08:35 PM

I was wondering which gender he'd like to make up. It'd be a pretty interesting exercise to create a third gender. Of course some sci-fi novels have gone and created alien species with as many as six genders.

Thanks for not going for the "Shelly" rhyme. Cuz we know where THAT would go. :D

SteveDallas 02-09-2009 12:26 PM

Well, I was in tenth grade. I was taking a shortcut around the back of the gym to get home after school when I ran into Candi and Amber, two of the most popular (and hottest!!) of the school's cheerleaders. "This is your lucky day, Steve!" said Amber. "What do you mean?" "Well," said Candi with a resigned shrug, "we kind of lost a bet . . . and now we have to take the first guy who walks by back here and

Oh, wait, sorry, I thought it said "make up sex." Never mind.

That sounds like it should start with:

Dear Penthouse:

classicman 02-09-2009 01:57 PM

I think you hit the nail on the head with that one SD.

Cicero 02-09-2009 02:25 PM

Wow.......Sounds great!

lol!

Am I jealous a little?

capnhowdy 02-09-2009 07:56 PM

So BigV.. how's it going man?

monster 02-09-2009 09:02 PM

so, wait... are you getting remarried? or did the divorce never happen? or are you still getting divorced but now you're friends with benefits?

Do you get more sex this way, because I'm thinking if so maybe I should serve beest some papers so he can get some....

srsly, though, I'm sorta with Jim on the why do you post these threads... attention ho much?... but then I know you're a pretty deep feeling sorta guy which makes me think that you're more cmfortable talking to us about it than her, and so I back-up the "be careful" comments. You've been at the papers stage at least twice that you've shared here. At this point, sex should be the least important point of making-up, and I'm surprised at the speed...and that you shared this because it's pretty well documented that Tink is not all that happy with your relationship with the dwellar collective.

But if you're happy and in control then go for it.

limey 02-10-2009 05:36 PM

Yuh, what monster said, really.

capnhowdy 02-10-2009 08:47 PM

... pours another glass of The Glen Livet...wonders if he'll have enough of the 'good stuff' to last till he hears from an old friend.....

morethanpretty 02-10-2009 11:13 PM

If you do end up getting back together for reals, most definitely consider a post-nup. With ya'lls history, it would just be the smartest thing to do.

capnhowdy 02-11-2009 07:01 PM

Hell I'd settle for almost any kind of sex tonight. Except w/ myself. I'm growing tired of myself. Guess after 54 yrs. the honeymoon's over.

Good thing is... With myself, the orgasms are ALWAYS simultaneous. Maybe that's TMI. Maybe.

TheMercenary 02-16-2009 07:44 AM

:lol2: good one cap.

OnyxCougar 02-18-2009 11:16 AM

Can we consolidate all the BigV threads into one? I'm going through a bunch of old posts and I get slivers here and there. It's very difficult to follow the chain of events. All I know so far is that things were bad with a relationship, he left the Cellar for awhile. Everyone was worried he was going to kill himself, then he came back, and then he was upset about something else, and now (I think) he's back.

Can someone link the relative threads in (rough) order for me?

lumberjim 02-18-2009 12:33 PM

I'd be glad to....

...but..OH! here's a hammer and a nail. I think I'll nail my bottom lip to the door jam instead!

OnyxCougar 02-18-2009 01:53 PM

...I think my humor is broken today, I'm not "getting" stuff.

footfootfoot 02-18-2009 03:04 PM

From Darling (1965):

Quote:

Diana Scott: Imagine if...
Miles Brand: What?
Diana Scott: It took three.
Miles Brand: Took three?
Diana Scott: Sexes. To make a child.
Miles Brand: Very entertaining.
Diana Scott: Everything would be different, wouldn't it, quite different, with three sexes.
Miles Brand: Haven't we got enough problems with two?

BigV was separated from his wife again and was very upset, but then they had sex and it was good. Now we assume they're talking again and may try to work things out, but so far we don't really know. I'm sure V will let us know when he's ready.

The only bit you're not getting is that lumberjim (and some others) are sick of BigV's threads.

Time to step in. For the record, BigV dig not have sex with me nor is there a reconcilliation. So this is either trumped up or he is having the time of his life of which I am happy for him.

Aliantha 02-18-2009 05:07 PM

Well I guess that's pretty clear then.

Thanks Tink. I hope you're coping ok. I feel sorry for all of you having to go through this.

I don't think anybody here really gives a shit if the sex was with you or not. But thanks for stopping by.

lumberjim 02-18-2009 08:04 PM

this was just a typo.....

it was supposed to say "MaDe-up Sex"

monster 02-18-2009 08:26 PM

ooh, she's checking on ya, V.....

In light of the recent reveleations, I hope it was hot sex with chicks way hotter than than your ex to make up for getting fleeced by her lawyers.

My main problem is that I keep getting Big V and Big Sarge mixed up. They"re both going through some shit rough times RFN, I am just glad I didn't call myself Big Zen or something. (Although I did once claim to be a chinese cultural delegate named Long Fat Dong, I hope that doesn't count.)

I think you may be thinking of Big Sarge. Or maybe I'm not following the plot closely enough...

Is there a Sparks notes for the cellar?

Aliantha 02-18-2009 11:08 PM

I don't see why anyone needs to be nasty to either Tink or BigV at this time. No one here is in the relationship or dealing with the situation.

Have some compassion.

Note to you: no lawyers involved. And...I stop by once to find this so wanted to correct the erroneous assumptions being made. Checking up on him....hardly. That's your job. So not interested.

How about Long Fat Zen. :D

Cicero 02-19-2009 02:24 PM

While we are still on this topic: I just wanna know......Who would like to fight? ;) lol!

Sundae 02-19-2009 03:22 PM

Tink, we really only want the best for V.

Specifically, the love we see he has for his kids, and the bum deal that many fathers get from the courts. Men go from living with their offspring, seeing them every single day of their lives; to having them for rationed portions of time - weekends, maybe occasional evenings, the odd holiday. Their financial contribution is the same (as it should be) but their parenting input depends solely on the goodwill of the mother. And the need for their financial input ensures that they cannot have the same flexibility a mother may have when it comes to meeting childcare needs.

I am not suggesting for one minute that this is something that will happen berween you and V. Or that if it did happen it would be intentional. It's just another reason we might worry about V more than you. That and the fact he's a long term poster.

I hope you can both sort things amicably.

Shawnee123 02-19-2009 06:05 PM

There are two sides to the story in these situations.

I feel like BigV opened it up by starting a cryptic thread, and he had ample time to step back in and put an end to speculation. He had to figure she would see it at some point, and I think she was in her rights to set the record straight.

I certainly have no side, but I can see her viewpoint on this issue.

At any rate, I hope things work out for both BigV and Tink.

capnhowdy 02-19-2009 07:08 PM

I THINK Big V outta post Something here. After all, V... it is your thread, right?

The elusive BigV.. ok. Now post something.

BigV 02-19-2009 10:41 PM

I made this thread about a week after I made the other recent thread about wishing me ill. When I made that other one, I was inconsolable with grief and confusion and anger. And you guys mostly responded with humor. It's perfectly understandable and after a few days, I was able to appreciate all your efforts to cheer me up--thank you. It didn't help immediately, but eventually I was able to laugh along with you.

So, I had the bright idea of returning the favor by sharing my humor with you. With this thread. The title is a joke. A play on words. Some of you "got it", but mostly it fell flat. Well, if there's one thing worse than a bad joke, it's a bad joke *explained*. Which is where I'm at now. :smack: I've been around here for years, and I guess I should know better than to try to be funny. Long time poster; first time joker. Isn't that how the people that call into the radio talk shows introduce themselves? That's what I am here. A joker, and a poor one at that.

I didn't mean to deceive any of you, and I am sorry if I did. I have read through the replies some, and for those of you who are sick of my threads, just stop reading them. I'm not reading yours, and my sickness cleared right up. To the other three or four people left who *do* care, I thank you very much. Your care and your concern for me, for Tink, for our children, is appreciated more than I can express. Thank you.

And for you, Tink, I'm glad you made a cameo appearance here. You were a good sport here, even though the joke was a dud, thanks.

Better stop here.

Well said mate, keep your head up.

Beestie 02-20-2009 06:41 AM

Don't worry V. No explanation necessary - we all have our moments.

One day at a time, mate.

capnhowdy 02-20-2009 06:47 AM

I'm on your team, as always BigV.

Re: joking.
Everybody in the Cellar can't be a clown.

Glad you are feeling better.

Sundae 02-20-2009 06:48 AM

Sorry V. I was the first person to respond and took you literally. I doubt anyone specifically followed my lead, but it might have stopped people looking for the joke.

We do care.
