Click tools (somewhere on your toolbar I think) and go to bottom of drop down to Internet Options. Go to the Privacy tab (I think its that not security. it may be different on XP, can't recall). There should be an option on there to clear cookies :)

I voted a few times without clearing cookies. Maybe because I was not logged in. SG probably had to log in to enter the picture and the cookies probably log her in automatically.

This is what it looks like in XP.

I tried to vote again right away, and got the "oh no you don't" message. Just now I cleared the cookies and tried again...still wouldn't let me. I did the complete delete of browsing history, temp internet files, etc...and it let me vote again!
