Looks awesome!. We had steak, king crab legs, burgers, salsa & chips, mixed salad, macaroni salad and freshly made Mohitos to top it all off.

we got a New grill yesterday , so i spent the day Seasoning it , Cast iron grates and a few Cast iron Pans and a griddle the we Just never got around to
and later we had Burgers and Brats |

We didn't grill anything. Hubby had tuna fish & mashed potatoes for lunch. I had two deviled eggs and some celery. Oh yeah I did eat some peanut butter and graham crackers too.
I've been trying all weekend to get a computer model to work. Ugh. Just now making a bit of progress (at the eleventh hour !!). Looks like y'all did well though. :) |
We, ah, went to Chipotle for lunch. And I made pineapple fried rice for dinner. We're big grilling failures.

I didn't grill anything today. We went out because the kitchen & dining room are a shambles. Yesterday I grilled turkey burgers. Friday night it was chicken breasts with some teriyaki sauce brushed on.

I haven't grilled anything besides the basic burgers, steaks, hot dogs, sausages, or vegetables this year.

Steaks, metts, corn on the cob. And not on the grill: roasted potatoes, pasta salad, and brownies.
One of my goals this year is to learn to grill more stuff than what I usually do. |

Last night: Marinated flank steak.
Night before last: fresh cut jalapeno stuffed in lean ground beef, ala burgers topped with cripsy peppered bacon and melted sharpe cheese. Fresh corn on the cob with garlic butter. |
Is that Zucchini next to the corn, Flint? What did you brush it with?
I BBQ'd a couple of briskets for my STL family. They turned out great. |

I've no bacon-wrapped anything. I've no life. I've bugs and goblins.... ...I'm going to go cry now. which will make some of you fuckers happy. well, be happy then go flush your fucking heads. Flsuh them in the filthiest toilet in Scotland, too, ya fucking fucks. :( |

We are having a dinner party for 6-8 tonight, and we always get more than we planned. Our house has the biggest yard and the biggest BBQ of all our friends.
We are grilling prime rib steaks tonight, with asparagus, mushrooms and red peppers. I made an Alfredo sauce to put over pasta to finish it off. I was thinking of adding shrimp to the sauce... but not sure if everyone likes shrimp, so I am going to cook it and each person can add it if they want. For an appy, I am going to deep fry an onion blossom, with homemade herb dip. And dessert will be fresh fruit and whipped cream. I have also already set aside the TRAYS of shots, I have 8 china whites, 8 almond kisses, 2 baja rosa (finished off the bottle) and 6 fireballs. I also plan a doz or so black rains (1 part black sambuca, 2 parts chamgange), and of course plain sambuca shots as well. WOW when I put it on here it looks like a lot, but really, I am planning for 4-5 shots per person during the time 5pm-12ish. |
That grill looks deeee-lightful.
