On YouTube, that little list on the right that's entitled 'Related Videos'? Yeah, it's a timekiller. Just search for any old video, now forget that video. Go to the 'Related videos' list. Pick one. Watch it. Now got to the 'Related Videos' list on that page. And so on, and so on...See ya in a hundred years.:D

Ahhh....I know exactly what ya mean. That's how I sometimes compile a list of songs for a new cd. :D Now, let's look at more funny cow videos, hehe.

Hehe.....since we're on the topic of cows, you know what I've always find humorous no matter how many times I see it? Those Chick Fil-A billboards with the cows saying "Eat Mor Chikin." :D

It annoys me that they use dairy cows for that ad, but I guess if they weren't Holsteins, most people wouldn't recognize them as cows.

Basicly. However dairy cows that have uh, er, um, worn out, can also enter the food chain... for children and other living things. ;)

My 3-year-old has figured that out too. He winds up on the craziest shit if I don't keep an eye on it.

Not really most of your ground beef is from Holstein cows not steers, Holstein Steers do make up a percentage of the meat market how much I am not sure but they don't milk or breed so they are in the meat isle of your grocery store. Almost all McD's hamburger is from old Holstein cows. They are cheaper. As long as they can walk on to the kill floor they are in hamburger, probably hotdogs too. The only way to know you are getting real beef is to buy local freezer beef.

They didn't look commercial, to my inexpert eye, so I assume they are kept for conservation reasons or novelty value, ie a rich man's whim.

It's often a rich mans whim, I know several who have Highland, Brahman, or Bison herds... and people to take care of them. The caretakers are also responsible to make sure the livestock are visible from the house when guests are present. But they do look nice from the veranda.

I think the same guy has the largest private herd of white rhinos, down in Florida. He's also got a fairly large herd of Mishmi Takins on a mountain in New Mexico.
