The Awesome Goodness of Thread Drift Thread

I'm tempted to log in as Your Old Pal footfootfoot to start this thread but that would be too much work, but...
Here's the thing. Everyone loves a good drift and this thread is not a "hall of fame" of thread drift, this is where you drift the thread by "fixed it for ya" part of the thread above you.

Let's see where we can drift.

It's not what you know, but who you blow.

Griff 06-03-2010 05:55 PM

Now you can drift back to Griff.

lumberjim 06-03-2010 06:12 PM

The only other Griff I've know was a huge Meth dealer. Except this book(World Without End) I'm reading now, one of the horses is named Griff.

Clodfobble 06-03-2010 10:37 PM

I knew a Griff in college. He was a big lovable nerd, computer programmer/ren-faire type.

HungLikeJesus 06-03-2010 10:43 PM

"Indicting" is a very strange word, don't you think?

So many flavors of Griff out there.

Sexual, party, drive him to the airport....

Gravdigr 06-04-2010 12:54 PM

I once met Dennis Weaver at the Nashville airport, shook his hand, told him I watched 'McCloud'. I was eight.

If you ever write your autobiography, it should be called "The Many Flavors of Griff".

Shawnee123 06-04-2010 12:57 PM

Mine is going to be titled "No Connection to Direction" to illustrate the fact I have no sense of space and time, and the fact that I'm such a flighty "what should I do with myself" kind of person.

monster 06-08-2010 08:20 PM

Shawnee'ie's post doesn't need fixing, you just need to interpret it correctly to see that she's a tree-huggin', Obama-Lovin' socailistic kind of a moran.

Cloud 06-08-2010 08:29 PM

I don't understand. Isn't this supposed to be "like a party"?

You forgot to mention my bleeding heart.

Peace out, chica! :)

squirell nutkin 06-09-2010 08:33 AM

(Your bleedin' heart will drip on you)
Your bleedin' heart will make you wince
You'll wash and wash and try pre-rinse
But clean won't come 'spite what you do
Your bleedin' heart will drip on you
When drops come down like falling rain
You'll stand around the shower drain
You'll mop the floor all day
It's true, your bleedin' heart will drip on you
When drops come down...
Your bleedin' heart will drip on you.

(sorry Hank)

Shawnee123 06-09-2010 08:58 AM

Drip it does, typically from a stab wound to the back from a "friend." ;)

One day, I'll learn.

monster 06-10-2010 03:19 PM

you'll never learn. NEVER! consider the snowmobiles...

spudcon 06-10-2010 10:41 PM

Consider that I've shaken hands with Tiny Tim and Jim Bakker. They both had damp, limp handshakes.

monster 06-13-2010 10:27 AM

Are you sure that was their hands?
