love it. thanks

I've been digging Adele for awhile now. Had no idea she was a large gal.

footfootfoot 06-03-2011 10:04 PM

I like the song, teh video seems to be a non-sequitur.

richlevy 06-03-2011 10:24 PM

I love this kind of music, but I've never heard of her.

The bit with the water glasses was cool, but the rest of the video was just ok.

Rrrraven 06-03-2011 10:51 PM

Great voice, like her very much.

Lola Bunny 06-03-2011 11:36 PM

Oh, I love this song!

Aliantha 06-03-2011 11:58 PM

Yeah, great song. The timbre of her voice reminds me a bit of Pink.

Bullitt 06-04-2011 12:15 AM

Great song, her voice is incredible. Her hair makes her look like a lunch lady.

casimendocina 06-04-2011 03:31 AM

Really liked it. I'm not a huge fan of video clips so just listened.

Trilby 06-04-2011 07:05 AM

liked it.

Spexxvet 06-04-2011 07:57 AM

I was going to put this in the thread about music you like that isn't like you. My wife and daughters looooove this song.

Spexxvet 06-04-2011 08:03 AM

When I first heard it, it sounded to me like a black woman (think Ronny Specter) singing a country song.

Clodfobble 06-04-2011 10:31 AM

This is getting a lot of radio play around here. I absolutely love it. It's fascinating what you can hear (or think you hear) with someone's voice, though. I could tell she was a "big" girl, for sure, there's a certain quality to the voice that changes with the amount of weight around the neck. But I would have also bet money she was black. Go figure.

jimhelm 06-04-2011 10:43 AM

I don't hate it, but I hear it WAY too much.

I thought Pink was big and black.
I was gobsmacked first time I saw her interviewed.

I liked it. It seems vaguely familiar, but I haven't heard it on the radio much. The water glasses looked like bubble wrap at first. Has kind of a motown sound to it.

glatt 06-06-2011 09:16 AM

I had never heard it before, but I liked it.

Bullitt 06-06-2011 11:27 AM

A duet with her and Johnny Cash would have been epic.

skysidhe 06-06-2011 11:33 AM

I liked her the first time I heard her. It isn't my style of music but when I hear it, I enjoy it. She also seems to be a real nice person too.

Stormieweather 06-06-2011 11:50 AM

LOVE it! Bought the song from itunes back in Feb. Posted it on the Cellar in the "Good Music on YouTube" thread in March.

Now it's on the radio all the time...

BigV 06-06-2011 11:52 AM

My BD gave me the cd a while ago. She's awesome. Adele's pretty good too.

Gravdigr 06-06-2011 04:51 PM

Adele: Not my cup of tea. But she do got some pipes.
