I would say it's Good Night. If you're waking up in the morning the book you were reading the night before would have fallen off you (unless you're completely paralyzed.) She is waiting for the sign from her boyfriend that the getaway car is there so she can slice sleepy book man's throat and run away.

I was thinking about Good Night - she's just waking up after having fallen asleep. She is having a bad case of night sweats and has to get up and go to the bathroom.

She'll gently remove the book to set it aside, but not without considering hitting him with it out of jealously that he can sleep so peacefully.
