My father went to bed at 11:00 (he's allowed; he's 80). My son decided to drive home before midnight. My husband just went to bed and I'm on my way. We're such party animals here! :p:

It was New Years Eve 12 years ago when I first sought out an online forum exactly like this one. Once I discovered that that other one sucked, I came over here.

No, actually, this was where I landed that night. I was hoping to find my very first post - actually, I used to be able to do so - but not tonight.

I know I'm not very active here anymore, but I do keep in touch with most of the Dwellars with whom I became close over the years. This is, and always was, the best location on the Interwebz, and its members are uniformly intelligent, beautiful and strong.

Much peace, prosperity and love for 2014 to my Cellar family. Thanks for not putting me into the 'Net home for the old and stupid.

I just had words with my husband about the things in our relationship which are bothering me. Did not go well. There may be a divorce. So far, so shit.

Thanks you lot. It will work out one way or another. Time will tell what will be. Ideally no divorce. I would rather not have the next two kids go through anything like what the first twoo did. e scars are too vivid even now when i look at them.

Ali...hang in, hold tight. I'm 26 months post-asskicking from Selene, and I think I might survive...just now.

Well the good news is, we have established that neither of us wants to separate. Obviously that means we have a long hard road ahead. Things are improving though. I think just putting all the cards on the table has helped a lot.

I'm so glad to see this, Ali! Communicate, communicate, communicate (I know you know this). Love and hugs to you both! X
