3. Strengthen to prevent the inflect resource.

Your link points to a file on your hard drive. However, I don't have access to your hard drive! You have to use the 'attach' function, unless you have the picture on a website somewhere and can link to it.

Thank you,Juju

I am very sorry for that. I don't know how to use.

Thanks

I've never been to China, but the impression I get from what I read is that the people live very close together. Even in the rural areas the people are bunched in villages and travel out to the farm land to work each day. If this is true, then an illness would spread very quickly before anyone knows how contagious or serious it is. Stay healthy, Billy;)

Aw gosh:blush: Thanks Billy.
The bottle of water the vice premier has on the table. Is that imported or a Chinese brand? Do things, like foods that you buy in a package have different brands (labels) in different parts of China?

UnderToad- Am I hijacking the thread with these questions?

Whoa..I just found Billy's post in the Images section. I'll go there. :D

Billy 05-04-2003 02:14 AM

All China Brand things

The bottle of water the vice premier is made in China and China brand. the brand is famouse in China.

The food in a package have this statues:
1. The big brand, like Wahaha, Robust, Wangwang, use one brand in China.
2. The area brand. They only sale their food in their area.
3. One company have different brands using different types food.

There are little brads as you say.

I want to ask you soon.

You are interesting in Red China, but we concern of free and young America. Exchange ideas each other.

xoxoxoBruce 05-10-2003 10:27 AM

Billy, you refer to China as an old country. From the little I know about about your history, It seems to me China is a very old culture but a young country.
Wasn't China always a bunch of different ethnic groups with different dialects and customs?
Weren't these groups constantly shifting alliances and power struggles?
Didn't various parts of China struggle under different foreign powers for several hundred years, not really becoming a single country with a national identity until the 20th century?

Billy 05-10-2003 09:38 PM

Yeah, there are 56 ethnic groups in China. Many ethnic groups have their dialects and customs. Now many dialects and customs are losing. Many young generation speak mandarin and use the industrial products adnd like eating west food. In faraway place the dialects and customs are not affected.

In fact many ethnic groups hope to have a peaceful life. In Tibet and Sinkiang there are some alliances and power struggles because the out counties provoke them to fight. They hope to these palces separate from China. Almost people would like have a strong and united country.

Before P.R. China bulit they lived in their own scopes. They would try their best to protect their area if different gorups want to occupy their area. In China history every dynasty had a united time when every goups had a peaceful lifes. After days went on they struggled to get more strong power, large area, ect. Every dynasty bulit with blood and tears. Now we dould not like fight, but comforable life.

xoxoxoBruce 05-10-2003 10:22 PM

I realize that what you're telling us, is China as you understand it and you're not speaking (typing) as the official spokesman of the Chinese government.
In the case of Tibet, I think you've bought the party line. I don't think we can agree on that one, but I'll have to do more research.;)
