The barcodes themselves, so far, are not supposed to line up. They translate out to several different phrases. Some are from DDD and some aren't... My final decode on them yields the following:

"Even the darkness of night was different." (summer.jpg, bottom)
"The area had changed Mark" (undevilish%20net.jpg)
"I scarcely talk to the cat anymore." (winter.jpg)
"What was Paige's number?" (summer.jpg, part of top left)
"crownswordscepterm" (summer.jpg, part of top left)
The last two are new references, and I'm not sure if the 'm' at the end of the 'crown' string is supposed to be there. There's one more barcode that I can't read because it's all fuzzied up (the one on the top-right of summer.jpg).

The portrait in the ASCII art is of Blaise Vigenere, and is (likely) from this Wikipedia page {link}.

If nobody remembers, "undevilish net" anagrams to "devil in the sun".

The long strings of gibberish strike me as being Vignere-type codes (check that Wiki link for more info)--we just need to figure out what the key might be.

The problem is that part of the window text is "GDJ" and "FJ" which are not part of that cipher, since the numbers were used instead of a to j. Those two words must use a different key. So here is the revised deciphered text so far:
