Looks pretty nice bro.

Did you ride it first?

Re: The Suzy Trike

Heh, you thought the two-wheeler was hard to pick up...

Wait'll that trike falls over!

I'm glad ya didn't hurt ya self there Capt. One of the Unclesdigr decided, at about 80 yrs old, to get a Harley so he could ride with his son. He did ok, until the first time it got away from him walking it around the driveway. He did pretty good I'm told, til it started falling away from him. He tried to hold on to it too long, and it flung him into the asphalt pretty hard, skint him up a little, but no real harm done. He gave the bike to the boy after that. Uncledigr's about 92 now. Doing well.

Great picture, thanks xoB.

I wonder... would you consider them proto-Mods, or proto-Rockers?

Flappers in the wind. ;)

I'd have loved to have one of these...

Just make sure you're going faster than traffic so it all approaches from the front. Being passed by some schmuck in a fast car is unnerving of you don't see him coming.

This nuts, I've never seen indoor trials before. Your feet aren't allowed to touch the ground through the entire run.

Very cool. One of my cousins used to do outdoor trials, I suspect it wasn't this x- gamey.

fargon 04-08-2019 07:21 AM

I rode Trials when I was stationed in Kodiak. We thought logs and rocks were pretty gnarly.

Diaphone Jim 04-08-2019 12:05 PM

Trials are an old motorcycle sport.
The indoor variety has grown so fast that two year old videos look out dated.
The abilities of the bikes and the riders are nearly unbelievable.
The course designers and builders are amazing.

xoxoxoBruce 04-08-2019 12:24 PM

I was always amazed at outdoor trials with the logs, slippery leaves, and rocks. I suspect the tires they are using here would be good for about two miles on the highway.
